Welcome to my studio — a place where botanicals, texture, and mixed‑media layers come together in gentle, evolving stories. I’m a Tasmanian artist and surface pattern designer growing a practice shaped by curiosity, wellbeing, and the quiet joy of making.
From ink lines to collage fragments, each piece reflects my love of nature, tactile materials, and the slow unfolding of creative process.

Art and Design: A Botanical Mixed‑Media Practice As a mixed‑media artist, surface pattern designer, teacher, and lifelong learner, my work explores the connection between creativity, wellbeing, and the natural world. Inspired by botanicals, seasonal rhythms, and the textures of my Tasmanian garden, I create motifs, patterns, and artworks that blend collage, ink, digital illustration, and sculptural elements.
Through Crafted Pear, a practice grounded in story, sketch, and gentle experimentation — I explore how materials, process, and nature intertwine. My work moves between pattern collections and mixed‑media pieces, each shaped by curiosity, texture, and the quiet rituals of studio life.
This creative practice invites viewers to slow down, notice, and reconnect with the beauty of the everyday — art as nourishment, design as storytelling.
